Family Law and General Litigation

All of the attorneys at Bemis, Roach and Reed are well recognized trial attorneys. We have applied our experience to assist those needing legal representation in divorce proceedings and general litigation matters. Mr. Reed handles the majority of the family law matters and he is generally the lawyer within the firm who assists those needing an attorney in a divorce or child custody proceeding.  As a former police detective, Mr. Reed was called upon frequently to assist families in distress. Our general litigation experience also includes such matters as law suits arising out of commercial real estate development, legal malpractice, will contests, embezzlement recovery and other general business disputes.

Our trial experience has allowed all our attorneys to become Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Bemis, Mr. Roach and Mr. Reed are all Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, Mr. Bemis is also Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law.
